Elijan J. Mastnak - Physics and Math notes along with a guide to setup $\LaTeX$ and neovim.
Dexter Chua - Somehow this guy took a lot of classes at Cambridge and managed to write lecture notes for all of the classes.
Gilles Castel - This man optimised $\LaTeX$ beyond anything I thought imaginable.
Christopher Pope - Physicist at Texas A&M University. Lecture notes are concise and clear. These are mostly physics lecture notes, but do contain topics on math methods, geometry, and group theory.
Kevin Zhou - Lots of math and physics notes with practice problems. He also has advice on learning physics and his PhD qualifying exam.
